From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team that’s genuinely kind and attentive—always ready to help but never intrusive. Whether you’re there for a quick catch-up, a quiet moment with your laptop, or just to dive into a good book, they somehow just know what you need. “ I just got a chai tea latte there a few moments ago! I didn't know I had about 4 bucks and 80 cents left to my name since I was shopping and washing clothes earlier. I had 60 bucks left to my name at the time and didn't know I went down to 4 or had 4 bucks to my name in general! The kind gentleman at the counter who works there with the white hat had took the liberty to pay off the rest of the 2 bucks for me—for the chai tea. And I honestly am truly grateful for their kindness! ( I was the girl with the brown beanie hat and the white pajama pants with the stars and moon designs haha xD ) Also! Ive went there a few times for breakfast ( when I wasn't broke of course xD ) and their waffles as well as their espresso coffee's are out of this world. If I see this employee there again. I want to repay him for his kindness! Down below is the waffle I had there last time when I was out with my mother. The waffles? 100% I recommend! I also had their veggie burger a month and a half ago too! ( Picture down below ! ) Best veggie burger and french fries ever. ”

“ Cute little Jersey City coffee shop with great breakfast sandwiches. Close to the Liberty Harbor Marina, and a sister restaurant to Beechwood Cafe on Grove Street, this is a great place to grab a coffee, eat as well as get some work done. ”
“ Can't say enough about how delicious and fresh the food is and how warm and welcoming the service was! A must if you are in the City. Check them out. They are by the harbour where you can catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. Stopped in for breakfast and went back for lunch!!! We had eggs Benedict / breakfast burrito / PLT for breakfast and for lunch Korean wings, Loren Steak sandwich and Ramen...plus the cupcakes, cheese and variety of coffee teas and Bobo!! ”

B18 is near the Marine Boulevard Lightrail station so be sure to pay them a visit. ”
“ Tl;dr, the food really slaps but the coffee is kind of mid. This place is kind of a hit or miss. The brunch is really good, but their matcha latte is very watery. Their burgers were good, but the Cajun salad I got had overcooked chicken and was drenched in a very sweet dressing. Their bulgogi rice bowl is definitely interesting, but the cheese on top kinda threw me off. ”
